Great Agents that where extremely helpful
Without a doubt the best agent I've ever dealt with. It's a shame to see some of the other reviews shed a negative light on such lovely people.I've dealt with franchise real estates many times and their professionalism is sub par in comparison to RJ Mackey Real Estate. Their methods may appear a little unorthodox initially but you soon come to find that it's preferable to the hoops that most other agents make you jump through when there's an issue with the property. I'm going in to my third year renting through this agent and am looking to renew my lease for another 5 years if possible. In the time that I've lived here, RJ Mackey R.E. has come to my aid countless times. Issues have been resolved immediately and if a service man was unable to come because it was outside of operating hours then Judy came to the property herself straight after speaking to her on the phone, which I think is a very important point and not something I've ever experienced with other agents.They gave me a Christmas Hamper last year because I was doing it tough, I think that speaks volumes about the type of people that work at RJ Mackey.I am very grateful to have found this agent and property, and feel that the treatment I have been given has set a new standard for what I expect when it comes to property management and service.
Usure how they actually qualify as a real estate agent? The office is a rubbish tip usually manned by an old lady with no idea what is going on. Very unprofessional and painful to deal with.
The worst real estate agent in the area.Was looking to buy, was only shown 2 houses. She didn't seem interested in getting a sale.Ended up buying through a different real estate agent.
