Hi Team,I just wanted to share my recent experience with Nissan Bunbury.My neighbour lost his car-radio code and couldnt get his radio going after a battery change.We contacted another Nissan dealer who told us the radio is obsolete and they cant retrieve the code but he can sell us one for $800 to $1000 fitted. Not the best customer service I guess.After our previous experience we reluctantly contacted Nissan Bunbury but to our surprise we obviously found the best customer service in the area. After 1 phone call & 1 email with the necessary info and 3 hours later we received the code. We locked the code in and it worked. We would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH to Cindy and the team.We experienced real customer service for a change but this is obviously what one still gets in a semi-rural town.No wonder that we highly recommend Nissan Bunbury because their service is unbeatable.
